for example, if you mention micro nutrients, i don’t know what to think about Calcium. it s good but can have side effects if taken too much? another idea would be, what is the most important meal of the day? how to adapt your diet for your goals such that you don’t feel like dieting.

Calcium is needed for building and protecting bones and teeth. It helps with muscle contraction and relaxation. Also helps with hormone secretion, blood clots and maintaining blood pressure. It’s an important mineral for athletes. To be sure if you lack or have too much you can have bloodwork done.
