for example, if you mention micro nutrients, i don’t know what to think about Calcium. it s good but can have side effects if taken too much? another idea would be, what is the most important meal of the day? how to adapt your diet for your goals such that you don’t feel like dieting.

wow, you more than answered my questions. Thank you for the detailed response. I know that taking blood samples would be the easiest way to know if I need Ca or not. regarding diet, very nice view on that, and I totally agree
