for example, if you mention micro nutrients, i don’t know what to think about Calcium. it s good but can have side effects if taken too much? another idea would be, what is the most important meal of the day? how to adapt your diet for your goals such that you don’t feel like dieting.

Make dieting fun is what worked best for me. try different snacks/ variations using less or more calories depending on what your goal is. Also remember that dieting is best done with slow gradual changes, drastic changes are often less good.
