My sleep fitness scores dropped from 80/100 to 40/50 since I had a newborn. How do parents get a good enough sleep in this stage?

many changes implemented: - last meal 3+ hours before sleep - no alcohol 5+ hours before sleep - go to sleep 10PM still not good enough ๐ gotta push through (and take naps whenever possible)
