Okay, I'll say that: Italian cuisine is overrated. It's just bread, cheese and tomatoes in different configurations. Indian, Korean and Japanese food is much more interesting.

then you must be disqualified from food criticism ๐ i'm lucky where i live that both have high quality - many native indian/vietnamese here. i tried indian e.g. in berlin and it was awful (though vietnamese is pretty solid there)

hey i understand you disagree with me but it's not a reason to be a jerk :) vietnamese cuisine has at least a few interesting, distinct dishes: pho, dim sum, bao, rice pancakes, spring rolls you didn't like any of these?
