Fun fact: if a doctor leaves a patient paper in their own hospital workroom, they have violated HIPAA and can be charged $50k per page. And get a scarlet letter on their medical license profile for the world to see. Yet 17M full electronic records getting leaked see no consequence or uproar. https://www.whittierdailynews.com/2024/12/12/cyber-criminals-claim-they-hacked-17-million-patient-records-at-pih-health-hospitals/

Only subject in USA Where individuals enthusiasms being zipped with such law ! Physicians can’t think for and come up ideas that can help human beings. Only subject in USA where degree taken away as penalty . Financial MBA degree never taken away for financial engineering by MBA holder. “”Since 2010, more than 130 rural hospitals have closed in the United States, according to a report by the American Hospital Association. Specifically, from 2010 to 2021, 136 rural hospitals were closed, with 73 being complete closures and 63 converted to other types of healthcare facilities. These closures have been driven by financial challenges, including low reimbursement rates and increased operational costs. Additionally, nearly four dozen hospitals have closed in New York state alone over the past 25 years.”” It’s all about lack of innovation ideas from physicians who have real life experience ,vs financial corporate executives think they understand better than MD who has real experience.
