dunno if that makes sense to use to inform your life. Perception isn‘t reality and we are exceptionally weak at reflecting accurately. So maybe you never worked hard but still regret to having worked hard. I don‘t trust this

+1 again to universally common people wish they hadn’t spent so much time working and wish more time connecting w the ppl that matter to them - working too much is a drug just like alcohol tobacco sugar etc etc

#1 is the thing that informs all else. Many are ‘working hard’ to achieve a level of success to show others what they can be, or to attain status etc. So if you really lean into 1 for some it’s then easier to choose say, spending time with kids over working etc.
