with JD Vance becoming the VP pick, it made me wonder: how long will it be before we see a prominent tech industry or Silicon Valley leader run a successful campaign for the presidency or vice presidency?

I wouldn't want a VC leader as pres but VP is great. Nothing against tech leaders in politics but leader of the free world probably shouldn't be someone with monopolistic/ privacy invasive leanings. Maybe I'm overthinking it
