I have had the same with Garmin. Went from 63 to 61 despite being in much better shape. I forced myself to ignore it.

def haven’t been able to find any consistency in running. hopefully get a jogging stroller soon and can find a groove

How old are your kid/s? 

I was very kind to myself the first year of my kids lives. Just ran when I felt like it. It’s a helluva thing these kids!

Jogging stroller is a big win! 

The other morning I saw a mom with her two young boys on bikes, and she was jogging with a newborn in the stroller! I was impressed. 

Also lucky Dad. :)

she’ll be 7 mos soon

yeah, no real expectations for running this year (though i set a goal to PR the mile this year when i was young and naive). any time i get out to run is a treat, though i think she’ll really like the jogging stroller, so stoked to try that out
