Off for my first Canova session. Don’t worry I didn’t know what it was either: WU then 14 x 1km alternating under and over marathon pace. (7 hard 7 less hard). CD. 

Also new Adios Pro 3s got me feeling pretty excited.

And this is what it looks like. Can very much recommend this at any pace bracket. 

Also the AP3s are 🤟🏼🤟🏼🤟🏼.

Wow! Super nice. I wonder if someday I’ll be able to run at this pace. Let’s see.

The right training and some motivation are for sure important.
