On Sunday, I lost a gel during my long run. This morning, while on an easy run, I found the missing gel... it was smashed about a quarter mile from my home. Which gels do you prefer for your long runs? I'm still experimenting but usually rely on GU.

I use maurten for races. But never on training runs. It’s too expensive. But I have found it to be remarkable. I can consume only maurten for the whole day (on an ultra) and water of course and feel perfect.
