Update on Warpcast USDC rewards

- Today is the last day for the existing $5 USDC for top 100
- Something new starts tomorrow

Considering the amount of engagement I get on the games I post, I’m hoping the powers that be notice I exist in whatever’s next. I’m sure there are accounts that have been around longer, doing even better, and hoping the same thing. 🤣

Never won the $5. Latest leader board shows me < Top 500. Suspect I may not be posting enough per day to generate the points to break in. 

Not ruling out there being 500 more established accounts, with way more followers than me, that also post more per day. I still relatively new and only recently broke past 1k followers. A lot of them look like bots though.

Yes, I never really understood those rewards and how they selected the top 100, if it is about the engagement in the Cast, I think we both are not so bad, but well, I hope the next system will take into account the rest of the thousands of users who are doing a good job and not those who already received a great part of these rewards.

Warpcast Rewards is a weekly game on Farcaster where the top 400 users earn USDC based on engagement, adjusted for active followers to give everyone a fair shot. 

The total prize pool is $7,000, with rewards tiered from $200 to $10. Scores reset every Tuesday, and payouts go directly to connected Ethereum addresses on Base. Spammy accounts are filtered out, and the goal is to reward quality content while keeping it accessible for smaller or newer accounts.
