How does anyone actually do social media it’s overwhelming at times

I go on Instagram, Twitter or TikTok and I just feel overwhelmed more and more - like I’m being electrocuted forcibly with Dopamine and amazing things and terrible things just getting mainlined extreme things (both positive and negative)
