today’s warpcast workout is a 💥 deep core circuit 💥 one thing every pro athlete takes seriously is having a strong core it stabilises the whole body also if you struggle with back pain maybe try adding some of these exercises into your routine! 1. rocking planks - 30 seconds 2. dead bugs - 5 reps each side 3. hip bridge leg lift - 5 reps each side 4. side taps - 10 reps each side 5. dish hold - 30 seconds 2 rounds with a 1 min break inbetween intensity level - medium let me know how you find it and let me know you have any workout requests or questions ↑

I am sooooo here for this content! As someone who is still early in my fitness journey, the instruction and examples are super helpful. It would be awesome if you could sometimes slow down and clearly show how to get in proper form. I struggle with that a lot 😅
