I'm very proud to share that my latest venture, StepChange.work, has announced $4M in seed funding from a stellar group of investors, including Kindred Ventures, The General Partnership, Ritual Capital and Liquid 2 Ventures. Niall O'Higgins and I were inspired to start StepChange after our experience working at Coinbase, where we watched observability costs across the industry skyrocket. We decided there had to be a better way and have been hard at work over the last year, leveraging our team’s collective experience to help engineering teams boost their performance without crushing costs or manual troubleshooting. Today, in addition to our seed funding, we’re also announcing APX: a turnkey SaaS product that leverages generative AI to automatically detect, diagnose, and fix performance issues. a year ago i made a commitment to become better at building in public. fast forward a year: - met hundreds of cool people, found my tribe (here, on Farcaster) - helped grow communities incl. /nft, /privacy, /limitless ft. 16 AMAs - grew my audience ~20x — love you, humans and agents - rediscovered my obsession, doubling down on /commit - had many ups and downs, embraced the onchain life all while sharing my story and learnings along the way. genuinely wish i had started earlier. it's so fun and rewarding to just be yourself publicly.

Introducing data usage settings on Warpcast (requires app store update) By default we don't auto-play videos and we load lower-quality images on slow connections. Now, you can enable this feature for cellular networks or to be always on. More improvements in the works.
