It was good, but I found that I may need some more time to warm up to it. Negatives: I felt like it was a bit messy creatively and from a production standpoint, each song was vastly different from the previous, and the mixing felt really compressed with a lot of processing. The lyrics were sometimes great, but some lyrics didn't sound like the linkin park I remember Positives: Emily's singing is excellent, and I appreciate that they are trying to experiment with their new sound etc. Mike's rapping was great. I maybe just have high standards for linkin park, and they are pushing boundaries as usual, so I think it will age better in my head.
