People say Malazan is a tough series, but the reward is worth it. I think the prose is beautiful,and it truly is a work of art. But as art is human and humans have flaws, this book has many, I look forward to continuing the series, and upon reread I have a feeling my thoughts of this book will be much greater - I can't say the same for most other fantasy I have read.
