Song 85 - I did this song in like 30 minutes based on a conversation I had with a Vedanta teacher - it's about how we have blind faith in every activities, as well as more extreme cases. I am exhausted, but given I did this in 30 minutes, I'm quite pleased. I hope you enjoy the george michae tag in the chorus, and the video is on rodeo. I can't do a blog post today, because I spent all day trying(and failing) to make a website

Decided to add "Song 59/100 - Turning left" on Tortoise - because it has the lyrics - "as usual the Tortoise wins the race". It's an acoustic track, and I film acoustic tracks differently to full mixes, so it's a different vibe.

100 Songs in 100 Days Day 82/100. Today I experimented with an intro designed specifically for short-form content—might keep trying more unconventional ideas to shake things up. I actually wrote two songs today. Changing tunings gave me a much-needed breath of fresh air, and I’m really happy with the first track. Since it’s an acoustic piece, I decided to hold off on releasing it until I can give it a proper full mix. So, I quickly wrote this second one in about five minutes right after. I was on a roll. Still battling a bit of hay fever, but pushing through - but vocals could be better.

100 Songs in 100 Days - Day 81: Yusuf Khan This is the third installment in my series about Indian outlaws who band together for a heist. In this chapter, Ravana recruits Sultan Yusuf Khan by devastating his lands with a relentless snowstorm. As I near the end of this challenge, I’ve been feeling the weight of burnout and have started procrastinating more. Writer’s block is finally creeping in, and I feel the quality has dipped a bit since around Day 75. That said, today’s song feels like a solid step forward. I’m determined to wrap up the Outlaw series with the heist, most likely in the next song—though I might add one more before the finale. We’ll see.

Song 80/100 - Minimalist refinary I expiriment with minimalism - as I wanted to try something different. Both Sections are 16 bars of a them, and then the same theme in retrograde, along with polyphony. Apart from the difference in themes, there are a few differences between sections too. I spelt refinery wrong, but I cba to change it.
