You’d be surprised how you can ask any of the popular ai chat bots for exercise routines. Give it parameters and desired outcomes as well as any body or equipment limitations and wait to be impressed.

My abs didn't really start growing until I REALLY overloaded them and hit them with high frequency. Cable crunches and machine crunches did the trick 9-12 sets per week to failure

Smash out a ton of toe to bar leg raises. Especially if you can slow down the eccentric part of the movement.
