less “or,” more “and.” i can eat grass fed meats and take creatine. i can drink raw milk and consume protein powder. i can do mobility training and i can stretch. even if one is better than the other, it doesn’t suddenly make the other one bad. variety is good!

I think the point here is that anything on the right is inherently “bad”. Just that it’s a supplement to whatever is on the left and all those things are easily accessible. If you can get most of what you need from whole foods like raw milk, honey and meat before starting to supplement you’ll get more benifit

A lot of people seem to overthink things when using supplements and overlook getting these things from whole foods first and foremost.
