In my entire personal network, I think I know only 1 person who actually lifts weights. Why is this? I wonder (1) what percentage of my friends regularly work out and don't talk about it and (2) what percentage of these people lift weights versus doing other stuff. I imagine it's (1) 50% and (2) 5-10%.

it's sad because barbell strength training is the single most effective thing most people can do to improve their health that and cutting sugar

imo the most effective order is something like: flexibility/conditioning > strength+power > cardio 100% cutting sugar esp ketchup, mayo et al is a major unlock
