That would make sense if they restricted everything from the beginning. Letting ppl restake and then screwing them out of the rewards doesn’t make any sense.

they have to show a reasonable effort. there's not a lot more that they can do.

I doubt it makes the slightest difference, on the other hand they burn 100% of their goodwill with American users.

Idk if anything they did would rise to the level of fraud, but it's a real scummy move regardless.

Even if it did protect them from the SEC, the DOJ could still go after them for taking deposits from US users
