Do you know which VPNs provide a dedicated IP?

There's databases of VPN IPs out there, as well as fingerprinting packets or traffic. Can't tell where the connection originates from, just that it's using a VPN.

If you have a dedicated IP through your VPN provider (or an obscure or low-traffic VPN) you should be good to claim.

Not sure how exactly but seems like most VPNs are blocked from the claim page
