Almost everyone already does. It's a rebrand of Keychain Access + the Authenticator app they never shipped.

I think most people will, yeah. I might even (for personal). 1Password is an excellent product but Iâve already been thinking about dumping it for the Proton Pass app thatâs included in my Proton Pro account that has VPN, Mail (with 15 aliases including custom domains), Drive, Calendar, Notes, and Pass. UnsureâŠ

If it's not locked to Safari (the most annoying browser to develop with), yes. Otherwise, it'll probably auto-activate like iCloud Keychain and I'll dismiss it to use 1Password like I'm doing now.
