my daily intake of protein is 139g for my 81kg weight, under 2100kcal i work out 3 days a week for around an hour squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, chin ups, bench press no animals hurt, fully vegan science, bitch

5'5", goal to simply gain muscle mass without steroids to get more muscle mass to improve longevity but even more important i wanted to find the bareinimum that's still fun that will help me with that
