I wonder if that is also true for connective tissue loading; strength memory seems to rebound quickly, but might make you injury prone if ligaments don't. Have heard new research anecdotes that drinking EAAs throughout the day reduces muscle wasting when in a caloric deficit. Going to try that myself! 2000 $degen
