Some intense front-loaded climbing on the Lake Tahoe Emerald Bay route on Rouvy. Had to add a couple extra gears to my simulated bike when we got to a 14% grade before my knees exploded

I read "Lake Tahoe Emerald Bay" and definitely thought this photo was real. Just about as good as getting out there! Chapeau!

Wahoo Kickr Bike, Garmin HRM dual, Apple TV 4K (Rouvy). I sit it in front of a busted TV and a knockoff high-velocity headwind fan (super nice to have). I don't have a rocker plate yet which makes it more enjoyable, but most people prefer custom and those can get pricey. Kickr Bike is the more expensive option, but I figured it saves wear on my bike and has no pre-setup each use. The connectivity and customization is great (both software for gears/shifting systems + mm size adjustments). The grade simulator (up/down tilt) is a bit lame and doesn't work with most apps. Rouvy's algo specifically seems to over-apply resistance based on their FTP system, so it can be a tough ride (like 2x effort vs outdoors) until you find the right fit

i did some zwift during covid on a random bike and cheap kurt kinetic trainer

I got a cheater gear on my road bike, it’s huge, about the same size as my big front ring.  
I love it!
