If you'd like to say more, I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on making unseen labor visible and properly contextualizing it. I suspect it will be a tough nut to crack, and as I wrote in the piece, we need all hands on deck.

Thoroughly enjoyed reading this with my coffee this morning (the dogs had to wait!). I resonate with it all, and think this especially is the nut to crack: "Make unseen labor (including "scenius labor") visible, and help contextualize it."

For Substack writings I often worked in Scrivener (which I've used for 10+ years) and then pasted into the Substack editor. Now I just work in Paragraph. :)
