Thoroughly enjoyed reading this with my coffee this morning (the dogs had to wait!). I resonate with it all, and think this especially is the nut to crack: "Make unseen labor (including "scenius labor") visible, and help contextualize it."

It is a tough nut! I was briefly part of a community wanting to set up a 'value exchange' platform/protocol (?) to capture the unpaid value that occurs within the startup ecosystem. So, intros, pitch reviews all things that people do just because they are helpful, but value doesn't come back for that specific work.

If you'd like to say more, I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on making unseen labor visible and properly contextualizing it. I suspect it will be a tough nut to crack, and as I wrote in the piece, we need all hands on deck.
