i really don't know how some founders find that work-life balance.

i rarely sleep good, my room's a mess, i take out the trash until there's 4 120l bags piled up.
rarely go on a walk with friends, nearly no weekends

the only thing I do is my startup, gym and OSS
how do you think of anything else beyond your startup?

I think this part of the founder lifestyle is needed pre-PMF but it’s def not sustainable. So you have to optimize for taking all the shots on goal that you can while you’re ok with this lifestyle.
