Any tips transitioning back from paternity leave? Currently, I'm helping my wife with our newborn almost all day and night. I can't see how I can step away and get back to work and not have her go crazy with all the support that's needed...

Do you have your parents nearby? Are they able to help? Even just an hour or two of help makes a huge difference. We alternated 'overnight duty' to keep everybody sane.

Not really. We live in the Bay Area, both of our families live in Mexico. Seriously considering bringing family over to help during the next few months.
