Have been on the sidelines for 4 weeks now due to quad injury. Was training for a HM mid May shooting for 1:37 time. I was feeling great halfway through the program. Not happening anymore. Humbling experience. Injury more serious than I thought. Patience and hard work to get back on it. π

I know that feeling. Been there, done that. It sucks. Injuries are the worst fear of runners. The good part is that you will heal and come back stronger and wiser. Next time youβll know how to avoid it.

I have Learned to stretch and listen to your body. If you feel pain then back off. Rest and then hit it again!
