Love this. What's the ratio of the 3:55 pace to your HM pace? Would love to recreate this workout for my pace...

I’m training for a 10k. 3:55 is the race pace goal. So I’ve run 9k at race pace. This is why I was wasted. For a HM I would suggest a 4x3000 @ RP (rest 1000 @ RP+30”)
