What’s the ultimate at-home coffee machine? Looking for something that makes lattes etc. No pods.

We have a breville touch. It’s an all-in-one that does everything well.

Gaggia Classic Pro is the cheapest, most reliable option. For machines that are noticeably better, you'll have to spend 3x as much. The workflow feels a bit hacky as it is a single boiler machine. Please DM me for more details. I've a complete specialty coffee setup at home, so I can help.

I dig Gaggia machines. The Gaggia Baby worked for me pretty great.

Sure, fancy Italian machines are nice too, but need to warm up longer or be left on. And if you’re into lattes, you’ll want separate circuits for hot water and steam. Not needed with fast heating el
