I recently stumbled upon a Netflix series that's got me hooked on longevity. It's about "Blue Zones" and it explores areas where people live healthy and very long lives. These are places on Earth where people routinely live past 100. What do they do differently? It turns out, it's not one big thing, but a bunch of small things: - They move naturally throughout the day - They have a sense of purpose - They know how to de-stress - They stop eating when they're 80% full - They eat mostly plant-based foods - They put their families first - They have strong social circles Most of us are doing the exact opposite. We sit all day. We're stressed out. We eat until we're stuffed. We're always rushing. We're disconnected from our communities. This series made me rethink my daily habits. Small changes can have big impacts over time. Health is wealth.

Environment ↳ Choose a quiet, well-insulated space for recording ↳ Ensure there are no light sources behind you ↳ Use lighting with the source in front of you, not behind ↳ Close curtains if natural light causes glare/shadows 4. Camera and appearance ↳ Clean your laptop camera lens ↳ Position the camera at eye level. ↳ Look directly into the camera whenever possible. Your Linkedin company page is invisible and here’s what you can to about it… (practical guide with 5 quick fixes) 1. Post and push When you post, click on 'notify employees' and they will receive a notification and (hopefully) engage with the post. You can do this only once a day. 2. Use up your credits You get 250 credits to invite 250 of your connections every month to follow the page. Use them all at the beginning of the month. 3. Is it shareable/saveable? Thought leadership in PDF form performs exceptionally well. Write a really good report/thesis and post it. 4. The Tiktokification Give short videos a try for a month… 5. You're losing real estate Gone are the days when your links showed a nice big preview. Upload your chosen thumbnail to the post as well, whether it's an article or youtube video.
