I drugged Cannelle and the drugs seemed to have worked. yay

If you didn’t know, you can give dogs diphenhydramine (Benadryl) to help with their allergies and itching, but it can also make them very sleepy, same as when humans take it. 

Cannelle was very itchy and woke me up several times last night she was scratching hard and shaking the entire apartment, so hopefully she can just get a good nights rest tonight. And me too. GN.

Not sure if y’all have it over there but my dogs are on Apoquel and it’s a lifesaver for allergies

Had a dog that would find the Benadryl no matter what lengths we went to hiding it in high value food and treats. She started to chew her own paws bloody one spring. Took her for a rather expensive allergy test. She was allergic to EVERYTHING. Allergy shots changed her life and I only wish we did it sooner. Good luck!
