After many years of reliable service the plastic on my Anova just sort of disintegrated. I guess it's time to replace it for the safety. I'm inclined to just get another Anova but wanted to ask here first, is there another sous vide I should consider that does NOT require the use of a mobile app?

Trying to be mindful of risky behavior and looking for a quick and preferably free url checker. Recently found https://zulu.zscaler.com/ I know no tool will be perfect, but do any of you have thoughts or experiences to share on how to exercise more care before you click?
