Totally disagree. Who are these tens of thousands of *independent* researchers? Anyone with an opinion and internet connection? 

Our body sends us signals to try to regain homeostasis. Being addicted to sugar, fat, and consumption is a combination of societal conditioning and the result of a burnt out exhausted society disconnected from themselves. 

It’s a sign of dysregulation.

People have lost their natural intuition and mind-body connection. The signals our body sends us become misinterpreted or hushed by the societal noise of food pyramids, nutrition labels, and eating 3 meals a day. 

I’ve practiced intuitive eating for a long time. I eat when I’m hungry, not when I’m bored. I never deny myself food. I stop eating when I’m full. I listen to my cravings. 

When I crave something salty, I know my body needs salt. Same with sugar or fat (which are not inherently bad, it’s about eating a balanced diet). I crave salads more often than I crave sugar. When I’m not craving sugar… (more ⬇️)
