I've always had major insomnia and since starting Bountycaster it only got worse to a point where a couple weeks ago I had to make it my #1 priority to improve since I was so sleep deprived. What's been working well for me (in order of helpfulness) - just go to sleep earlier (set a cutoff), always endless work as a founder that can keep you up really late - not taking long naps to catch up on sleep during the day - don't eat past 8pm - more cardio - write down all things worried about before sleep so it's out of mind - reduce screen time right before

Curious if you tried meditation. My insomnia is usually caused by having endless thoughts about swaye and meditation (even in bed) helps shut my brain down

I've tried it on and off for many years but it never really helped / stuck with me, the only thing that helped me with the endless thought was journaling about my worries right before bed

An end of day 10 minute meditation is a really good way to transition your brain from work mode to rest mode and to slow down. I've always preferred late meditation to morning for that reason. My fiance meditates early to set up her day, I do it late to wind down from mine.
