what if you could literally invest in friendships, like each person in your friend group puts $10/week (coffee money) into a shared account, with the understanding that you'll spend it together (on a meal, a trip, a shared experience or good)

• create a weekly "reason" to chat/check in • create a growing "budget" to brainstorm against • could "expire" to create urgency It's "we should hang out" but putting your money where your mouth is

for many folks (and me!) it's too easy to fall out of touch, to let relationships that you care about fade … the day-to-day gets in the way any system that overcomes this, however weird, is worth a look … bc the upside of great friendships is uncapped

tangible personal examples: • co-commit to bike racing together in fall by setting aside race entry fees • fund framily traditions (e.g. annual cousin meet-up out West) • crowdfund reunions (e.g. @TwitterDesign team happy hour)
