for many folks (and me!) it's too easy to fall out of touch, to let relationships that you care about fade … the day-to-day gets in the way

any system that overcomes this, however weird, is worth a look … bc the upside of great friendships is uncapped

tangible personal examples:

• co-commit to bike racing together in fall by setting aside race entry fees
• fund framily traditions (e.g. annual cousin meet-up out West)
• crowdfund reunions (e.g.

 team happy hour)

• create a weekly "reason" to chat/check in
• create a growing "budget" to brainstorm against
• could "expire" to create urgency

It's "we should hang out" but putting your money where your mouth is
