Lately it’s been taking me about 30 minutes into my workouts to feel at full strength Anyone have any suggestions beyond stretching a lot longer before workouts?

It's all in your head When you enter the space, change your energy. Run in place. Do jumping jacks. BLAST heavy metal music. Dance. Whatever suits you. Take your energy level and focus from 0% to 110%

Don't workout if you're sore I remembering reading a study showing that stretching before lifting reduces your overall performance, so I favor movement over stretching to warm up

That is not necessarily great advice. Here's the latest on this from Dr. Andy Galpin: https://podclips.com/c/sore-muscles-that-doesnt-mean-youre-not-ready-to-train-again
