I’m not sure consumer crypto is as valuable as people assume. The public doesn’t care much about crypto at this point so what’s the point of building for them? So the logic turns to UX — make blockchain “invisible”! OK so now you’ve hidden it from the user, where is the value in that? “Because they will be onchain but not know it!” Uhhh ok? And why is that good? “Because it’s onchain and anything onchain is automagically better!” Hmmmm..

It shouldn't be invisible, just not the central point People have to be the central point, but with new ways to work together like going from Feudalism to Modernity

but how is it facilitating new ways of working together that are different + better than what they can already do?

We are working on filmmaking - crazy black box through the whole process of development through distribution, which breeds lots of nepotism & few opportunities for actual talent Just by using crypto at the starting point to offer open opportunity and transparent/verifiable financial reward for talent shared, you can already out-compete traditional filmmaking Paired with a place like Warpcast where crypto tools, audience/supporters and talent can commingle & cocreate has given us a blank canvas to reimagine the filmmaking process as open, creative game This isn't an overnight thing - its taken us nearly a decade of filmmaking and 2 years of being on Warpcast to get close to putting this out in the wild (hoping for the fall now), this is why we haven't seen much yet, but the next 5 years I think crypto becomes the most exciting place to be for everybody on the Internet
