Would you pay $10/mo to not worry about gas or mint fees on Farcaster? https://farcaster.dep.dev/poll/65ce1e4522bf8c40449eefff Will tip $DEGEN if you comment with your thought process. 🤝🎩

Yes, a big fan of SaaS models, esp for loyalty. Also, who here doesn't have a subscription for UberEats and I definitely mint more than I eat/delivery.

Not really — I usually pay with warps and don’t mint anything else, given such a high portion can be minted with warps But also I don’t mint that often. Perhaps there is an opportunity for free non warps mints, because buying warps is a hassle and I don’t have enough

To be honest, I haven't been minting as much as i'd like on Farcaster (this will change soon) 😁 To answer your Q, I would probably either pay 5$ or simply give 10$ to support the 'cause' ✨ Still, would be very cool!

I'd be especially interested if it supported more stuff than what's currently possible with warps. E.g. Fabric subs paid with a tap from the feed and charged to my CC

Yes. Alternatively, offer free minting initially, and deduct the gas fees on a fixed date at the end of the month, taking the average gas cost for that month.

bridging cost trumps monthly minting cost. brain cycle cost of cross-chain balance management trumps both. would def pay $10.

If one is a defi or nft degen then this is definitely necessary. For a normal web3 folk like me who mint probably one nft per month don’t need it badly. So generally, I guess the answer depends on one’s on chain activity.

I'll be interested to see how much EIP 4844 impacts Base gas fees in about a month from now before saying yes or no. It's possible that it won't be worth it to all but the most prolific minters. And also, can i pay the $10 in Eth or Degen? Might further impact desire 😆

$10/m is high for me if it is for 6m or 1year then it's a worth grabbing deal.

At this early phase I’m not sure I would use it enough to matter but as it grows and evolves definitely would take it into consideration.

I would but it’s unlikely to be sustainable. Zora fees plus gas is costing me like $20+ per week now. And if I thought it was covered, I’d mint way more. So who’s paying the fees?
