I've been doing Pilates 2-3x a week for a little over a year now which has been great for strength and flexibility but realized my cardio is not great I started adding kickboxing classes recently and LOVE it. Makes cardio so much more fun for me and I actually look forward to it

RPG (global posture reeducation) is one very nice method too, I like it even more than pilates. And a mega cool fitness I discovered in one trip is this one: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=iJTG0KmF0LM
