What does it mean to be a fully onchain organization in 2024? Are there good examples of teams doing this? Everything down to cap table management, employment, taxes and payroll?

Would love to see a build out company for this. Giving ppl the framework to do this, organized+ officially …. That would change the world honestly. Something I’d love to put energy into are those types of things. Im not a dev myself but these types of ideas are things I’d put my marketing and brand thoughts into

I've been looking into this for /splits β€” screencap below is my conclusions so far (from this piece about Nouns and Higher: https://splits.org/blog/onchain-organizations/) re: payroll etc., I have yet to encounter an onchain org doing standard W2 employment
