What are some properties that a token launch should have for you to consider it ethical / values-aligned and not decrease your excitement for the project?

- Min. 3 year vesting for insiders
- Less than 33% to the cap table
- Clear separation of power between labs and foundation
- Strong set of core governance delegates
- Clear product roadmap of how the token interfaces with the product / protocol
- Thorough comms on core values and purpose of decentralization

This is an awesome list. The second and third bullet are tremendously important but non-obvious.

Good list! Though 33% feels very high to me... it's really an absolute maximum imho. I would have said "less than 25%" spontaneously.
