What are some properties that a token launch should have for you to consider it ethical / values-aligned and not decrease your excitement for the project?

- Min. 3 year vesting for insiders
- Less than 33% to the cap table
- Clear separation of power between labs and foundation
- Strong set of core governance delegates
- Clear product roadmap of how the token interfaces with the product / protocol
- Thorough comms on core values and purpose of decentralization

Why is this not more of a thing? But also do you have positive examples?

I get that. My question was more about why is this not considered a more important metric? You are one of the few ones I see talking about it.

Because most tokens don't actually interact with the product or protocol and are purely just governance over a giant pot of money
