should be able to do b) followed by a). being we have a hard with a time change and have been adapted for earth for a very long, truly curious though how we would handle these various mars effects long term:
- solar day is 24h 39m 35s, think of circadian rhythm
- 1 year is 686.98 earth days
- a mars season is twice as long as an earth season
- mars is cold, on average -62 °C (-81°F) 
- gravity is 62% lower than earth
