The main outlets I currently use to express creativity: - coding - cooking - photography - writing These are very different mediums but I find that expressing creativity is similar across these, even if you wouldn’t expect it (eg coding & cooking)

I'm not surprised to be honest! I think all of these activities are very directly related to achieving a flow state, involving a level of challenge that needs to be met with equivalent (or slightly lower) level of skill ✨

Creativity is divergent thinking. It’s problem solving. Whether it’s with lines and colour, harmony and melody or parsing and organising information and ingredients.

Cooking definitely is a huge flow state for me. I zone out and am able to fully rely on my intuition for testing new ingredients or developing balance in taste Thai food specifically bring this out
